Every genre has artists who recorded exactly one great track - and stayed in history because of it. They're called one-hit wonders. Trying to Repeat
As usually happens, after a big hit the artist tries to repeat the formula. Silver Pozzoli put out follow-up singles - "Around My Dream," "Step By Step," "Pretty Baby." They got moderate success, especially in Italy and Germany, but didn't reach the level of "From You To Me."
It's a classic Italo Disco problem. When a first track lands perfectly with the mood of the moment, landing that way a second time is nearly impossible. The formula only works once - with the novelty effect.
The End of the Solo Career

This second wave of activity was smaller than the first, but it kept him in the audience's line of sight. He toured heavily in Eastern Europe - there he was remembered for "From You To Me" and warmly received at concerts.
The Fate of a One-Hit Wonder
Being a one-hit artist is a double-sided coin. On one hand, a single track can support an entire career. On the other, every concert inevitably becomes a wait for that one track. The audience comes for it and listens to everything else with polite patience.

Passing

In the rotations of Poland's "RMF 80s" and Germany's "Radio Bollerwagen," "From You To Me" holds a spot in the decade's top-50 most-requested tracks almost without a gap. Silver Pozzoli wasn't Italo Disco's biggest star - not by hit count like Mauro Farina, not by legendary biography like Gazebo. But three minutes and forty seconds of one well-made song turned out to be enough to keep him in radio rotation every week.
